Life transitions happen while you’re already managing a full life.

I'm Sharon. I work with women in midlife and beyond who are navigating several changes at once while still carrying a great deal of responsibility.

Your career may be shifting, or retirement may be on the horizon. A role you've long held in your family may be changing. A relationship looks different than it used to. Your health asks for attention. You may be moving, or deciding where home should be. And through it all, you're the one keeping things running.

Privately, you may be wondering: Where am I in all of this, and what do I want now?

Coaching gives those questions the attention they deserve. Together, we clarify what matters most right now, name the expectations quietly steering your choices, and turn what you want into clear next steps. That might mean setting limits, changing direction, or finally making room for something you've wanted but haven't known how to pursue.

You don't have to wait until life settles down to have a say in what comes next.

Coaching vsTherapy

They are two very different interventions

Coaches focus on personal growth and professional development.

Motivating, guiding, as well as providing strategies and different perspectives for individuals to achieve specific goals.

Therapists assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, illness. Therapists use their state regulated license to diagnose, provide treatment plans and clinical notes to focus their work, in short to; identify and reduce symptoms.
