Leadership Coaching

90-Day Program: This 90-day program is designed to accelerate the timeframe yet provide no short cuts in providing focused and clear personal development plan and strategies for a roadmap forward. The program includes Assessment (if provided) Intake and 10 coaching sessions over three months, including:


  • Assessment: I will utilize the Hogan Assessment, 360 assessment if provided and/or behavioral assessments as appropriate. Assessments will provide insights in areas such as individual strengths, self-awareness and increases the ability to leverage the information over the course of the coaching program.


  • In-Take Meeting: The initial 90-minute meeting includes assessment results review (if provided), setting goals and action plan. Gaining insights around behavioral and thought patterns.


  • Coaching Sessions: This program entails three coaching sessions per month, each session includes:
  • Check-in and Review
  • Focus Area 
  • Dedicated Time for Mindset Shifts and Emotional Agility 
  • Strategies for Sustainable Results
  • Action Plan


  • Final Review Coaching Session: The final coaching session is focused on setting an Action Plan for consistent and sustainable results.


6-Month and 12-Month Coaching Programs:   

A Balanced, integrated Leadership Development Plan. Each session integrates feedback, strategies, experiential learning, and accountability. Coaching session are based on the initial assessment, personal development plan, and reflection. The focus areas include the following areas:


Assessment and Intake Meeting except for those who have completed the 90-Day Program. An updated Personal Development Plan followed by:


  • Check-in and Review
  • Focus Area
  • Core Values and Strengths 
  • Deeper Dive in Mindset Shifts and Emotional Agility
  • Self-awareness while Leading during uncertainty, and decision making skills
  • Strategies for Sustainable Change 
  • Action Plan
